GRACE MEDICAL HOME’s faith-driven mission
ORLANDO, Fla; July 2, 2009 — Award-winning Orlando advertising agency Appleton Creative is pleased to announce it has begun work with GRACE MEDICAL HOME, a primary care medical practice that seeks to improve and care for the ongoing health of those in our community who need it the most. Grace is, anticipated to open in downtown Orlando in early 2010.. Appleton Creative has been engaged and contributing in-kind work to help the non-profit medical home with the design and launch of a new Web site that will spread awareness of GRACE MEDICAL HOME’s faith-driven mission.
Operating in Orlando since 1986, Appleton Creative is a full-service firm that develops strategic communication tools and channels to promote the services of its local, national and international clients. Appleton provides its clients with a full spectrum of services, ranging from print and online, to broadcast and digital, and from planning and strategy, to editing and post production.
Established by a group of distinguished community leaders inspired by the compassion of Christ, GRACE MEDICAL HOME will serve as a missing link in Central Florida’s healthcare system by providing an exceptional medical practice to serve the ongoing primary care needs of prevention, wellness and sick care to uninsured, low income individuals in the greater Orlando area.
Grace Medical Home will provide comprehensive pediatric and adult medical services, including regular well visit check-ups, sick visits for acute illnesses, chronic illness management, vaccinations,, laboratory services, health education and more.
