On-TRAC has one goal: to help college students succeed. We do this by bringing customized coaching and support services to college students at their own schools.

On-TRAC offers three levels of assistance to meet the unique needs of each student.

Of the top 5% of high school graduates, only 40% complete college.

On-TRAC Staff

Working one-on-one and in small groups, the On-TRAC Staff helps students navigate challenging social and academic situations. Our team works hard to build a trusting relationship with the students and without judgment guide them towards reaching their personal goals.

The On-TRAC Team includes:

• Program Coordinators are responsible for the overall program operation in each location where there is an On-TRAC Student Support Center. The Program Coordinators work directly with the students, as well as liaison with community resources and professional referents.
• Student Managers are responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Supported Living houses. The Student Managers work very closely with the students in every facet of their experience within the program.
• Lead Therapists are licensed mental health professionals who provide one-on-one therapeutic services to the students. The Lead Therapist plays a key role in the On-TRAC system, and coordinates the services of the Peer Coaches.
• Peer Coaches are bachelor, masters and doctoral level students who provide direct, personal and customized mentoring and coaching to our students. The Peer Coach will meet with the students with more frequency than the Lead Therapist, and help guide the students towards meeting their personal goals.
