David C. Nissen, MBA, CHE, President and CEO
Mr. Nissen received his B.S. in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia, and his M.B.A. from Averett University in Virginia. He is a board certified healthcare executive, and is recognized as a Certified Healthcare Executive by the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mr. Nissen has twenty years experience in behavioral healthcare and alternative education, including direct care, management and executive leadership roles. Mr. Nissen is a co-founder and VP/Managing Director of Renaissance Healthcare Group, LLC, which operates Pasadena Villa and Transitional Living and Learning Center.

The dropout rate at two- and four-year public and private schools rose from 26.2 percent last year to 26.9 percent this year, according to a report released by American College Testing.

George Schulz, Ph.D., Vice President of Clinical Services
Dr. Schulz received his B.A. in Psychology from St. Francis College in New York, his Masters of Science in Education and School Psychology from Queens College and his Ph.D. in Psychology from Yeshiva University. He is a Licensed Psychologist and Board Certified Founding Fellow in the American College of Advanced Practice Psychologists. Dr. Schulz has over 25 years experience in behavioral health care including supervisory, administrative and direct care roles. Dr. Schulz is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Florida and Rollins College, as well as a consultant for Fox News in Orlando.
Adam McCracken, Ph.D., Vice President of Assessment Services
Dr. McCracken earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and
Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University
of Central Florida. He then earned his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology
from Oklahoma State University. Dr. McCracken has over ten years
of experience in providing therapeutic services to adolescents and
young adults across multiple settings of college
counseling, transitional living, community mental health and
independent practice. Dr. McCracken’s advanced training has
incorporated positive psychology with a focus on increasing potentialities
in the lives of persons he serves. His professional experience in
uniquely suited for assisting college students involved with On-TRAC.
