Educational Consultants

With On-TRAC College Coaching, there is an alternative to uprooting a student from the college of their choice and sending them to a private program or special school across the country. On-TRAC provides an intensive level of customized service delivery, allowing students to not only remain at their current schools, but to also improve productivity and achievement – attaining goals that had become out of reach.

Statistics compiled by ACT suggest college retention and graduation rates are lower than desirable. Nearly a third of first-year college students don't return for a second year. In addition, only a little more than half of all students who attend four-year colleges typically earn a degree within five years of entry.

The On-TRAC system provides college students a wealth of support and guidance, illuminating new opportunities to succeed in their own environment. Working with
On-TRAC allows the students to regain control over their academic, social and professional lives. 

For parents, On-TRAC is a means of utilizing every asset at their disposal to help ensure success for their sons and daughters.

In addition, for treatment and therapeutic programs, On-TRAC Bridge to the Future offers customized coaching which is an extension of the treatment team’s discharge plans. On-TRAC is committed to collaborating with the discharging program, educational consultant, and other professionals to increase the likelihood of a positive treatment outcome.

Mental Health Professionals

Do you have a client in college who is struggling? The difficulties may include a combination of emotional, mental health, educational and environment factors. And, although the problems aren’t worthy of referral to a hospital or treatment center at this point, there is concern that without some individualized intervention, the situation could deteriorate.

On-TRAC College Coaching offers an adjunct to your services. We assist students in  regaining control over their lives and avoiding “hitting bottom,” having to drop out of college, hoping to re-enroll sometime in the future.

The On-TRAC team can be an extension of your treatment plan. Although On-TRAC does not provide any counseling or therapy, our coaches collaborate with the treating professionals to provide a comprehensive wraparound system of support, guidance and mentoring.

Treatment and Therapeutic Programs

Young adults leave treatment programs and enroll back into college throughout the year and the discharging treatment team hopes the client actually follows through with the aftercare plan. On-TRAC Bridge to the Future is specifically designed to use the On-TRAC Focus on Success Coaching system for students who are being discharged from residential treatment centers, wilderness treatment programs, hospitals, substance abuse treatment centers and other therapeutic settings.

Private Tutors

When traditional college tutoring is not working and it is evident there is more going on with a student than subject matter issues, On-TRAC may be an answer. Many of the students with whom we work with struggle in academic areas, but subject specific tutoring only deals with one small piece of the student’s functioning puzzle.
