Hilton Grand Vacations: Marketing Materials
CHALLENGE
Hilton Grand Vacations is the global leader in vacation ownership. Following years of extensive growth, including opening several new locations and expanding features and amenities at existing locations, HGV desired to re-strengthen it’s brand identity materials. They also needed tools for training their employees and additional resources for improving their overall brand experience.
STRATEGY
Appleton Creative was awarded the design of Hilton Grand Vacation’s new brand book. The new design utilized a visual organization system, which would provide team members with an effective way to understand and follow HGV’s brand guidelines. Additionally, Appleton delivered a compelling interactive/video presentation and e-learning website for employee training. We also created a dynamic video piece for in-suite viewing by Hilton’s hotel guests.
RESULTS
Hilton Grand Vacation’s Associates gained a better understanding of the HGV brand and brand guidelines. Training materials where adopted and implemented with great success. Hilton Grand Vacations continues to successfully grow as a result of their fierce dedication their brand.
