RE/MAX: Advertising Campaign
CHALLENGE
RE/MAX needed to reinforce the national theme: “Outstanding Agents. Outstanding Results,” recruit new real estate associates and support their existing network of professionals, with a special focus on regional marketing areas.
STRATEGY
Appleton Creative developed a billboard that supported the national theme, then created a state-specific support campaign that incorporated lifestyle images from each state into a series of brochures and ads, emphasizing national branding and regional flavor.
RESULTS
The RE/MAX campaign was so successful that it has been running for more than three years. In an extremely competitive three-state area, RE/MAX strengthened its image and garnered an exceptional increase in new sales associates.
